Your in great shape and your stats are up there. Noticed I have the same height and weight and hoping i can role with what you got now.

I have a bench press 2 bar bells and 3 bumbells. I just do free weight and slef weight exercises and some cardio.

I really dont do much for them. I do 5 sets of hammer curls for Biceps and dumbbell tricep extension. But i mass in my forearms but not strength. Thanks for the comment.

Well im trying to get bigger but not to much. Maybe like 20lb more. some type of body mass like yours. But To keep my body fat down. Thanks
