I have always been into fitness but then BB came along and was hooked

Its my own body. I can do what i want and have it the way i like. It can always change and there is no limit to what I can do.

I have lots of trouble doing this as im busy with friends and girls and work. i need help!

none, its not a contest to me.

Ahah thanks well im kinda too fat rite now also had to have a month of from a damn injuries. Just started back did a chest/abs session and a back session so far lost strength but i hope its just cause its first time back. Looks like ur pretty buff yourself. Well hope ur buffings going well let me know. I respect ur philosophies they're same as mine, i've never met/heard of anyone who realizes the same! I live to transcend those circumstancial injustices you mention!

Forget thin and weak. NOW a tightly muscled and well defined body. Good traps, broad shoulders, solid delts and biceps, good chest/pecs and abs. Thicj muscular back. Best of luck on your goals and stay positive. André
