warming up with 3 sets(12-15) hanging leg lifts
(20-25) squats
5 sets(pyramid Down 5)leg press
(20-25) leg exts
3 sets barbell lunges
4 sets 10) stifflegged deadlifts
(15-20) lying leg curls
(20-25) donkey calf raises
I feel this worout the most my knee's are buckling during the leg exts everytime i do this workout and it usually take me about 4 day's to get the soreness out of my legs probably because i'm making out every rep, every set on this workout.warming up with 3 sets(12-15) hanging leg lifts

What chest workout has worked best for you?

dumbbell pullovers
dips(chest)
cable crossovers
when I do this chest workout I feel the greatest and it seems to hit me the best. 5sets(8-12) of Incline bench
