I don't know what has gotten into me this year I been on point. I'm gettn stronger,my body is starting to bring a smile to my face. Be patient is killing me but thanx to everyone on BB I am able to focus and stay motivated. I use to try and do workouts straight out of Flex and MF, but this yr...
