How I Started:
Started in junior high was in track,and very athletic, then got lazy and started again later in life in the 90's after an accident.
Why I Love It:
Helps keep me active and relieves stress, and I like being strong and anyone who says they don't do it to keep look good is lying.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals also keeping my appearance up is important for my work. Stay motivated by thinking about the contest doing next year.
BB Accomplishments:
None thus far just keeping shape would like to do a contest before I turn 50.

Thanks Buddy, I've kicked it up a notch! Been workin out with this X bodybuilder who is 67!! I do dumbell bench with him tues. and fri. Up to 130! going for 135 tues! Lookin ripped yourself!
