How I Started:
Started in junior high was in track,and very athletic, then got lazy and started again later in life in the 90's after an accident.
Why I Love It:
Helps keep me active and relieves stress. I've made many friends while training. I am much happier and healthier thanks to training. It's is all about balance and it helps me achieve that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals also keeping my appearance up is important for my work. Stay motivated by thinking about the contest I'm competing in next year.
BB Accomplishments:
After my accident going from 150lbs to 205 in a little over a year. No contest yet but training hard for next year!

Thanks Buddy, I've kicked it up a notch! Been workin out with this X bodybuilder who is 67!! I do dumbell bench with him tues. and fri. Up to 130! going for 135 tues! Lookin ripped yourself!
