How I Started:
Through watching bodybuilders from a young age and always promising that when I was old enough, I would train. Turned 16 and joined my local gym.
Why I Love It:
The dedication people put into it, the sacrifices they make. Leaving the gym knowing you've made a difference no matter how minor it may be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read books, see people in a gym who have improved and that makes me want to keep going.

Hey man, my gym WAS in hoylake in wirral. but just moved to another one in wirral. you in liverpool are you? there's a few good gyms over there open good hours
