How I Started:
Have worked out off and on for the past 20 years, but got serious about it back in April 2007. Plus, knowing my family genetics, I DID NOT want to get the pot-belly that all male members seem to develop. So now I eat right, work out 4 to 6 days a week, and just take overall better care of myself.
Why I Love It:
I just feel really good after each and every workout, and seeing how I look in the mirror is pretty cool, too. Definitely a good boost in self-esteem, although I've never really lacked that...lol
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep seeing all the transformations on bb.com, and it lets me know that I'm doing the right thing! Plus, looking in the mirror and seeing the changes in my overall shape and form is pretty sweet.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment is just cutting the fat and getting more definition.

I can't think of a better day to have your day on.  You get the joy of the end of the work-week, and the joy of getting older...OK, that second one is debatable, but you get my point.  So, I think I'm going to head home after work today, get in a good workout, then head out with some friends...

Thank you so much, as always you look great! I am kind of bummed out because we have been traveling the past 3 weeks and my diet has suffered because of it, but not too terribly bad. Just enough to make me feel guilty and be very hard on myself! I realize 3 months isnt enough time to get the results I am seeing and that I need to learn to be much more patient. No one is perfect, even the most famous fitness/figure models go through phases with their diet sometimes, they have too! lol
