How I Started:
Ive been in and out of the gym alot the last 5 years, but ive noticed that I have really let my body go over the last 2. With work and kids its difficult sometimes, blah, blah, blah; same ole' excuses, you know the drill.

Motivation...yeah ok well I guess it would be looking in the mirror. I got really fat (about 40lbs overweight) and used to be in really good shape and never want to see the "FAT GUY" again.

Well it has only been 2 weeks, and Ive gained about 4-5 lbs depending on what scale I use.  It does kinda suck that the little bit of abs I had are gone now, but I can already see a difference in my size and huge gains in strength.  Another 10 weeks to go then the cut.  Im curious to see...
