How I Started:
Need to become healtier and gain muscle mass...you are what you eat! Feb 2008 UPDATE Ok looking at how I wanted a healthy lifestyle I've realized all the meat I consume cannot be good for my health nor can it be a trend I should continue I will begin phasing out meats and am heading towards becoming vegetarian...update05/08: for now i'll be maintaining more of an Lacto-Ovo diet JAN 09 update i'm giving in and eating meat again ;)
Why I Love It:
Helped me build a healthy lifestyle and I like seeing the results. Increased my immune system.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at all of the progress I've made.

Going from 155lbs to 180lbs and learning how to do it the right way.
