Trying to gain some weight, Ive been stuck at 180 for the longest time. I recently started the whole protein powder thing and have gained about 5-6 pounds, not sure if its from that however.
my goal is to get the fitness look, not too muscular, but nice soft suttle lines, tight and tone.I have some lines.Im at 17% fat now, but want 15%.Im 112lb now.
I had to kink prior goals due to some training evolutions where I could not diet or exercise the way I wanted. My new goal is to stay lean and around 175 until September when I will bulk hard for a good 4-5 months before I cut again.
