Iwant to lose about 5-15 lbs. of fat and get really toned!
Goal (Long):
My goal is to look and feel good in the clothes I wear. I want to eat healthy and cut out junk foods!
My goal is to do weight training Monday, Wed. and Friday 60min. each time. On them 3 days I will also do 60 min. of cardio. Other days I will do 60-120 min. a day of cardio. After I get there I will cut back on cardio, but will continue with weight training.I am keeping track of my protein, fats and carbs intake each day. I have a real problem with going off track and eating junk food. I have no problem with the physical part.I just get cravings and eat without thinking.
I am 44years old and weigh 120lbs. but my abs have excess flab as does my "saddlebags".
hay sorry I havent been chating I just have been in over my head I took on a little job and my life is going crazy but I have been working out how are you doing? good i hope well i will get to talking more now well ttyl:)
