This was taken when I was 117-120 pounds. This was right after high school. I exercised about 5 times a week, but it only consisted of running, tae-bo, and biking. Look at the pathetic excuses for biceps- embarassing. I thought that I was tough!

Struggling with diet a little, but abs seem to be showing more definition.

This was taken about a 8 months before I began the year long struggle with anorexia. I was the cardio queen (everyday 60 min. +) & watched what I ate closely. I still didn't know about the importance of weight training which is obvious by looking at my scrawney arms. (I am still looking for pics from the anorexic phase- I think that I avoided the camera because I was so depressed)

I finally found an anorexic photo. This is me at about 96 pounds. My lowest was 93 so I was just starting to gain weight, but I was still struggling with anorexic tendencies. My cheek bones are bulging, my wrists look like they could break, & my size "0" pants are baggy. I never realized how scary I looked until I saw this picture. I started lifting light weights a couple months later.

This was taken about 1.5 years after I began weight training in a gym and about 2 years after ending the struggle with anorexia. I think I weighed 118-120. I was still looking a little thin because I was still limiting my caloric intake too much. However, I was developing muscles & seeing lots of gains in strength.
