Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I was never extremely skinny but definitely thin. I just wanted to get some muscle on myself after taking up a construction job and turning 18.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love that feeling you get from lifting weights till failure and I love just feeling "in shape".
