Hi there,

 Just got back from Jamaica!!

Time to get back on track with my exercises, i went a little over board with eating and not exercising for a whole week. I'm even afraid of weighing my self ;)

 Back to work!!

I should try Hydroxycut. I have this fat that is in a roll (or three or four rolls) on my waist when I sit down. I know I could get super dedicated to diet and cardio, but hope that a supp would help me lose it way more easily.
