Cool, good to hear and thank you. Adding shoulder width do chinups behind you neck, spreads the shoulders and the side raises to add mass to your delt. Quads for me is all about volume, start with leg curl and extension then squat heavy, the heavy leg press. Really over load them, there a massive muscle, youd be suprised how much they can take. Oh and rest, take time to recover. All the best mate
