i want to be the best i can be, to push myself to the limits of what my body can achieve. To have balance and proportion. To motivate and inspire others to achieve all they want.

Achieving all i have completely naturally, even dropping my body fat to 3.5% without the help of fat burners. Leg pressing half a tone for reps without much difficulty. As a team pulling a coach in a race against the clock, winning over another gym. Competing in and finishing 3 tough guy comps

Where do you get your workout programs?
i just started with a regular split into muscle groups. Then i just do whatever im in the mood for with that muscle group, i give it my all and dont have to stand around waiting for machines, benches ...more

Yeah, I think everyone wants that 'happy medium', heck I know I do haha. Haven't been doing this too long so my passion has to compensate for my inexperience. So you usually do the bulk/cut routine to gain mass? Wonder is there's such a thing as lean bulking..

Kool man. Yeah, I here ya on the diet part, especially when your on a vacation or something. Its crazy how much 'healthy' bad stuff is out there lol. Things are good here. Just tryin' to keep the BF down so I can start getting some mass. I'm feelin' a lil skinny here haha.
