depends on body part but mainly 6-8

Yeah, I think everyone wants that 'happy medium', heck I know I do haha. Haven't been doing this too long so my passion has to compensate for my inexperience. So you usually do the bulk/cut routine to gain mass? Wonder is there's such a thing as lean bulking..
