Pretty good. Working hard inside and outside the house...which has meant not enough time in the gym. Lax on the diet too...need to toughen up and get serious soon here.

I have both landscaping and basement renos on the go...I'm afraid we may spread ourselves too thin. Oh well...I've set a September 7 deadline for it all and once its finished it will look great!
