How I Started:
Worked out off and on, the longest stent being 2 years in high school. Always played hockey, football, and wrestled. I am finally settled down and able to start a routine which started at the end of August.
Why I Love It:
Lifting for me is a great stres reliever. It adds balance to any day and keeps me feeling confident and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading other people's stories, seeing larger and more in shape guys, and seeing results in the mirror and on paper make keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
As a sophomore in high school I weighed 180 lbs. and put a one rep max on the benchpress of 270 lbs. I went all natural back, no supplements, so it was a great accomplishment for me.

Put on mucle and cut fat. I want to increase strength and get back to the all natural 350 lb. bench I accomplished while serving in Iraq. I want build my muscular endurance and strength while maintaing an increase in mass and cardiovascular shape.
