Near the beginning long over due update
Almost at the beginning after i decided i need to change some things.
been working on different diet and workouts. Much stronger all around especially my abs just not as lean. Once I lean out it will really show

Over the last month I went on a creatine (cellmass) cycle and I have noticed more vascularity and overall strength even though I gained around a good 5 lbs. I think a lot of this may be contributed to water retention from the creatine. I did manage to keep my body fat % around the same only going up a fraction while putting on weight. Overall a good month.

morning relaxed no pump. Update from bulk since beg if jan. bad picture I do not see much of a size gain but I am a hell of a lot stronger. Some nice bulk fat. haha time to get some of it off.

Some bodyfat but overall some development.. back it stronger.. I dont notice too much size but people say its been widening up.
