Background
I was reaally fat throughout my high school years. When I got to college, I realized I needed to change my body to feel better and more confident. I have lost close to 50 pounds and gained a fair amount of muscle. But I still have 20lbs left that I desperately need to get rid off. My goal is to be 174lbs by the end of December.
I just makes you feel good. Simple as that. Attention from ladies ain't that bad either :D
