I tell my husband for support and accountability. He has actually helped me work on building strength in my legs/shins so I can resume my training for a 5K

Break your long-term goal into 3 parts and reward yourself each time you achieve each smaller goal.

Laila Ali or Jennifer Garner - Both are super fit and strong without being super skinny.
