How I Started:
Being in the Navy Reserve, I was mobilized to Iraq. With not much else to do, I started working out. Saw some results so I decided it was time to make a real change in my life
Why I Love It:
I have alot of drama in my life in the past year and I find it was a huge stress releiver for me. But being 36 now I just needed to make a change in my life towards being more healthly.
How I Stay Motivated:
It has been very hard since I have been back in the states. But being single now and wanting to maintain a healthly body and be a positive example to my kids is a big part of it
BB Accomplishments:
Lost alot of strength since I've been back. Looking to gain it back.
I really need to concentrate on my nutrition and track what I am eating better. Don't have a work out partner, but will steadily work toward going heavier rather just going in the gym just to push some weight around. Stsrt up my exercise log and research a more diverse set of exercises.
