How I Started:
i saw the incredible hulk when i was young and that was it. have been inspired every since. have competed 5 times and had 1 first place finish and 4 second place finishings.
Why I Love It:
i love the way it makes me feel. i love the release of stress in the gym. i love the way it makes me look. i love achieving my best shape ever year after year.
How I Stay Motivated:
i let myself go for a year and a half. it was the worst i'd ever felt and looked since i was 17. after getting back in shape and achieving my best shape ever (aside from competition shape) feels wonderful especially when cats my age are falling apart.
BB Accomplishments:
1st place 1994 npc ironman bodybuilding contest
2nd place 1994 central michigan bodybuildng contest
3 other 2nd place finishings....
last competed in 2000. months and dates are off. i don't remember exact dates so forgive me. but i am in the npc history if one needs to look me up.

my goal is to gain some muscle and stay in shape. increase bench press as well.
Goal (Long):
i want to get more ripped. i started BACK training 15 weeks ago after letting myself go. my max weight was 205. my max body fat was 18.5. i'm down to 180lbs and 6.5% body fat. i want to get to maybe 4 or 3%.
i workout every other day. this is the basis of my workout though I CHANGE IE EVERY workout. i like to shock the muscle. i do a LOT OF SUPER SETTING! 2 DAY SPLIT
30 minutes of cardio prior to workout. 20 mins on eliptical
10 mins on bike heart rate 130 or higher
