It was time to get serious about my health. I heard the best way to get in shape was resistance training mixed with some type of aerobic workout.
Why I Love It:
Even after three weeks, I have noticed a significant change in my mood and stress levels.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am three weeks in and I have set a 12 week workout goal. I will do this for at least 12 weeks before I give it up. After that, I will set another short term goal. I am horrible at sticking with long-term goals, so I am hoping that this method will work.

You think so?!I dieted, cardio, weights, now I'm doing pilates, yoga. I have done it all and I think that is why I havent plateaud! I feel awesome! Thanks for the compliment!
