How I Started:
After I graduated high school I didn't play sports anymore so I figured I would work out more. I began to see results in my body that I liked so I started to think of my body as an experiment.
Why I Love It:
Well it's my major in college and I love everything about it. I love to lift weights, run, and be healthy. I have been studying bodybuilding, fitness, health, and nutrition for some years now and I love it. I take pride in being able to help people and myself feel good by exercising and eating right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Myself, I also like to look at fitness models and motivate myself. I want to be one of them one day. I was once 260 pounds, very out of shape, had deplorable eating habits, and I had high blood pressure. I don't want to become the person that I was once was.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Elbow: I had it for about a week. I took a few days off from lifting my upper body to recover.

been kickin ass, using a program from bodybuilder Eric Broser, read about him in Ironman. Google P/RR/S ..its the best workout program i've ever used and the results i've seen so far are crazy

training is awsome right!!! thanks for asking, alittle tough with the summer days pokin out , and its only gonna get harded but hte summergive ya more reason to get in there and cut up. winter is easy cuz we all just gain 15 pounds and who cares, the diet is killing me, and imnot even strict!! . how about you bro? working dem arms?

Going to start a new supplement stack. MuscleTech Hardcore Shredded Stack plus adding in Cryotest with the stack (21 days). Going to start this after I get off the nightshift here at the end of the month. Hard to keep a good meal plan when switching between nights and days.

My mother's side of the family is Polish, so it struck me right away! It's a great name, though, I like it! You probably go by "Chan", which sounds Asian: Chinese, or tough like a Mongol. Or you could go make it like "Chance": sounds like a sporting guy, one who takes his chances. :-) Jim
