May i say my friend that one thing i have discovered recently and i feel i should share with you is this.
~Time under Tension
This my friend is the key to growth. slow your reps down and keep the tension in your muscle fibers. Make the positive motion in whatever exercise last for a 2count, hold for a 1count and your negative last roughly a 4count. It has started sparking some new size in me and it seems to produce higher quality muscle, much more dense
