What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Treating my body like everyday I didn't workout; i.e. drinking alcohol in excess and over eating. It wasn't helping my workouts at all. What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Try and get down the correct form of every exercise you do before you start moving up in weight and take your time figuring out how much you should be lifting

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Competition went well. 3rd place Novice Heavyweight, 5th place men open light-heavyweight. Not too bad for my frist time. I did exactly what I wanted to do: be competitive and place. I was a little underprepared in some areas and now I know what to fix. I had a good time going...
I have no choice. Im not taking no 6hour exam. But i did find out as long as you register by march 31st, you have until june to take the exam, before the big change. As far as personal training stuff, its not so bad. Glad to hear things are coming along with work. My project is winding down and should be finished by June. Im just hoping there are other things forthcoming. we havent gotten anything lately

up in the air man. someone told me battlefield was cancelled. but someone else said it wasnt. i sent an email to promoter to double check. if battlefield (sept 20th) is cancelled, i will. cant let hard work go to waste. but i still want the extra week.
