If you would like to achieve your fitness goals possibly sooner than you thought I recommend you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. You will need to challenge yourself to achieve great results but I believe they will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.

chocolate, four is the only drink to drink is water.
Its not that hard to do if you stick to a strict routine and that doesnt necasarily mean a crap diet.
Most of the guys that i train loose weight around the mid section while increasing there muscle density.

first heavy deadlifts3x8,heavy betover barbell rows4x8-10,pulldowns to front4x10and finally seated cable rows 1x15 2x12 heavy thats it...seems to be working for me good luck......
hows it goin still gettin huge ...keep at it big guy....deadlifts help get the back bigger along with ever other muscle in the body....keep at chainblock
