How I Started:
Playing sports in high school left me with a few to many injurys. The gym was my only other option. After I started working out, I became addicted.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a lifestyle, I feel I have no other choice but to live a healthy life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is easy, just look at the people around you. 8 out of 10 are out of shape.
BB Accomplishments:
I have changed my body by dropping 26lbs of fat, and gaining 16lbs of lean muscle.
