"Get in shape for motocross and arenacross, and get back up to 160lbs at about 8%. I want to get my get BB curl back up to 90lbs , with nearly 14.5" biceps, and bench back up to 185lbs by my birthday, February 8th. I'm trying to get back to MMA and Bo"
