Overall Goal: Get in shape for motocross and arenacross. Hit 162 and get my BB curl up to 90lbs (just hit 85lbs on 6/14!), with nearly 14.5" biceps, and bench up to 190lbs by Sept. 20th!

How I Started:
I got sick and went from 150lbs (10% Body fat) to less than 135lbs. I was done with being "the skinny kid."
Why I Love It:
I love "the pump" and the burn you get when you do legs. The sick feeling and wanting to vomit during a heavy good workout and knowing that I'm making myself better. In this world you can buy most everything. Can you buy a good beach body tho? No, that one takes blood, sweat, and tears, and then some more sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror, look at pics of Denis Sergovski or Mariuz Pudzianowski (idols/goals)
BB Accomplishments:
I finally got past 1 plate on bench! haha that's basically it so far. I curled a 40lb DB the other day. (strict form) and I've never done that before.

Goal (Long):
I want to get back in shape for motocross and arenacross. I would like to stay basically at my current weight (~160lbs) while dropping body fat and gaining muscle. In order to get into the best physical shape I can be in for racing I'm going to cut back to lifting only 3 times a week and I'm going to keep running/cycling about 3-4 times a week as well. All of this combined should help me reach my goal by September 20th of this year.
i am good trying for a 5 on 2 off schedule in the gym hard to keep . i am shredding up with serious diet and some ******** sup help . I am loving it . how are you . BTW any comments on my progress good or bad i always love feedback
