I am good and you...sounds like you are doing well since you will be headed back on US soil soon. YEA! Yeah..about the legs...they are on fire....I just finished training them today..dieting and cutting for my vacation to Hawaii in March and move to 29 Palms(Cali). Gotta get that Cali body!!

Yeah, I remember the wanna be thugs in college..they were hilarious considering I come from Louisiana and have seen hard core thugs so the ones in college were such a turn off. Not that I liked thugs...just bad boys!! What gal doesn't. ;)

CONGRATS Gal!! Good Luck with your future training and competitions. I see you are a dental hygienist like myself. I am practing in Okinawa, Japan but hubby and I are headed to SoCal in April so I hope to continue my fitness dreams and goals there in the big mecca of bodybuilding and fitness. We will be very close to Vegas so I am extremely excited. Best Wishes!!

I will have to look up the Ironman Pro in L.A. I have not heard of this competition. Sounds fun! I can not wait to be able to attend my first pro bodybuilding competition. This is one thing about moving back stateside I am thrilled about. It will be fun!! All the vendors and pro's lingering around. I may become the groupie I always disliked :) Being a pilots wife they are all over. Nasty girls!

NICE!! I am sorry about the Sickle Cell. It is a tough disease but I am sure he is as tough as daddy so it does not even phase him. ;) Thank you for the B-day wishes. I am happy about turning 30. I wasn't at first but what the hell, bring it on. No, my twin is still living in Louisiana. Miss her so and my loving niece. Happy Holidays and keep the flossing up..Good compliant patient.
