How I Started:
I performed a routine cleaning on a USMC MGYSGT (Glen Morris) and during his routine cleaning we started talking about weight training. Glen then invited me to come and train with him and I have stayed training with him since(Oct. 26, 2006). His training and support led me to compete in my first show and win my weight class and overall title of the Womens 2008 Far East Bodybuilding Champion.
Why I Love It:
The body transformation and health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
My training partner and the personal goals I have set for myself displayed on my vision board that I view daily.
