Overall Goal: Get back to where i was when i was training with Combat Control. Basically losing about 20 to 35 lbs and becoming more cut while insanely boosting endurance and performance.

How I Started:
I have been athletic for pretty much my whole life, playing sports and things of that nature. I'm pretty sure the motivation to begin was given to me via my parents and the brats in elementary and middle school
Why I Love It:
because working out and bodybuilding makes you feel good and you can see you accomplishments everyday just by waking up and looking yourself in the mirror. Not to mention being fit enables you to do special jobs and activities that a non fit person couldn't do. Doesn't hurt with getting laid either
How I Stay Motivated:
I Joined the military to do a combat oriented career field and it turns out that my fitness level at the time did not warrant me the ability to join special operations and do combat control for the air force, and so i am constantly working towards that as well as to provide an overall better life for myself.
BB Accomplishments:
At one point during CCT training i was able to run 3 miles in under 2230 and i was starting to form a bit of a 4 pack(doesn't sound like much but it was an accomplishment for me). I also had a much higher level of endurance then ever before and felt as though i was able to perform physical activity for hours without becoming tired.
