How I Started:
Have always been active - worked at a gym when I was in my teens as an instructor.
Life made many twists and turns found myself very out of shape, very unhealthy and depressed. Received a membership to a local gym as a gift and my life hasn't been the same since! I love training and I love setting goals. I feel I can achieve anything!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I'm done!

Have had much trouble with an underactive thyroid...now medicated. Lost 30lbs since Jan 2007 with diligently weight training. I'm great with my diet but could do a little better. I feel I should be losing more bodyfat but it doesn't seem to be moving...
Anyone have suggestions?
