"I start my training at the gym after a good back injury. I must take my time and do it light. It is not easy, i would like so mutch to put some more weight, but wisdom said to go smootly whit it if i want to recoverd well."

No
Why or why not?

It is not realy a supplement but i drink energy (xs) drink if i need it.
