When I Started: Jun, 2007
How I Started: The first time I went to the gym, was in 1992 and it was a revelation... for 1 year. After that my mind was in other things. In 1998 I came back to the gym for at least 2 years. I was obliged to stop for 5 months (work and back to school full time). To be stoped all that time killed my determination to restart my training. And for now, I just have to look at the man in the mirror...
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated: I work every day to stay focus. Some day i handle it better than other.
