Overall Goal: I start my training at the gym after a good back injury. I must take my time and do it light. It is not easy, i would like so mutch to put some more weight, but wisdom said to go smootly whit it if i want to recoverd well.

How I Started:
The first time I went to the gym, was in 1992 and it was a revelation... for 1 year. After that my mind was in other things. In 1998 I came back to the gym for at least 2 years. I was obliged to stop for 5 months (work and back to school full time). To be stoped all that time killed my determination to restart my training. And for now, I just have to look at the man in the mirror...

First of all they dont train or never realy train, so they dont realy enderstand (not all of them but most) or for some not respect my decition (diet). It is not realy a supplement but i drink energy (xs) drink if i need it.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
