My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

For 6 weeks I will be working out twice a day Monday to Friday. The exercises are as follow:
Leg workout - Monday/Thursday
High Intensity Day. - AM Workout
Part 1 - Exercise Reps.
Dumbbell Reverse Lunge 6 each leg
Dumbbell Stiff-Legged Deadlift 12
Dumbbell Jump Squat 12
Dumbbell Front Squat 6
Dumbbell Lateral Lunge 6 each leg
Dumbbell Push-Press 6
Rest 40-60 seconds after each round-Complete six circuits.
Part 2 – Exercise Reps.
Treadmill Interval 4 min
Medicine – Ball Slam 20
Treadmill Interval 4 min
Power Pull-Up 20
Treadmill Interval 4 min
Split-Squat Jump 10 each leg
Treadmill Interval 4 min
One-Arm Dumbbell Swing 10 each arm
Perform exercises in order with no rest in between

Leg workout - Monday/Thursday – High Intensity Day. – Evening Workout
Sets Reps
Barbell Squat (warm-up) 2 10
Barbell Squat 3 5
Romanian Deadlift 2 20
Lying or seated leg curl 3 15

Abs
Platehead Decline Sit-up 5 10
