How I Started:
I have worked out on and off since I was a junior in high school. When I went to college I would workout and do cardio to aid in not gaining the freshmen 15 but really didnt get serious until about 9 months ago...i was really sick of being the "average" guy and wanted change the way i look. I model on the side and really need to lose the handlebars. So I guess that is one of my main goals
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I get done working out. You just feel hugh and your muscles fell hard as rocks too...the pumps are great
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it is really hard to stay motivated but pictures of bodybuilders and simple words or phrases hanging on my mirror really help...helps keep the goal in my head
BB Accomplishments:
The pics are not the best...the lighting sucks because i took them in the bathroom...but they do show what i "look" like on nov 6 2006

Goal (Long):
I want to get my weight down to 175 and get my BF% under 8% and maintain or gain my lean mass. I really want to transform my midsection and lose the handles. I have alwasy wanted to compete on stage so i am setting a goal of late 2007 or early 2008 to compete. I have made some hugh (at least what i condider hugh) strength gains in the past few months and I am really looking foward to the day when I can bench 250.

Incline DB Press - 3x 8-12
Incline Bench - 3x 6-8
Chest Flyes - 4x 10-15
Pressdowns - 3x burnout as heavy as you can go
Skull Crushers - 3x 8-10
Single Arm Pressdowns - 3x 10-12
