Review: TONIC FINAL REVIEW!
Strength: 9.5/10 - The strength effects of Tonic were noticeable day in and day out. I made PR's weekly, as you can see from my squat, bench, and deadlift numbers. Great on this end.
Pump: 9/10 - Definitely saw an obvious pump. My muslces always looked full, whether I was in the gym or not. I always felt like I was busting out of my shirts.
Recovery: 10/10 - No problems in that department. DOMS never carried over until the following workout.
Focus: 8.5/10 - The trib helped with my focus. I was still using preworkout supps though, so the focus effect was not overly profound. There was still a solid stream of intensity however.
Appearance: 9/10 - From day 1 to my final days on Tonic, my body transformed. I could see more obvious cuts, striations, and such, in a way that made my body look more sculpted...even with a MAJOR caloric excess.
