yeah, i feel cardio is necessary, i only do it 2x/wk tho, check out my journal if you wanna get some ideas.

Yo dude. Umm...I ate at a caloric surplus of around 3-500 cals, but I would probably say I did add a tiny bit of fat, im talking like a percentage max, but it is impossible for it to be ALL muscle. I also cut down on cardio.

about 3-4 times/week. usually do 2-3 exercises back to back in the 10-20 rep range for 4-6 sets. i like mixing in some weighted stuff also, but not every session.

hey what's goin on man? I've been clean bulking since June. About 500 cals over maintenance. Trust me, it isnt 100% muscle, to add size some extra comes along, but its def been minimal.
