Hey girl! You've also made great progress!! Well, since I started my transformation, I never really had any set schedule to stick by.. mainly, I just started eating alot healthier, cut out sodas, and made sure to hit the treadmill every once in a while. I also have this set of Gilad tapes I use, and I think they're really helpful, but now that I'm more serious, I'm going to start a more rigorous routine with ALOT more cardio. :)
