How I Started:
I gained alot of weight the last year of highschool (once I quit soccer), not to mention the freshman 15 of college, and now I'm focused on a healthier more energetic lifestyle once again! =)
I'm playing intramural soccer in spring and need to be in great shape.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief!! Couldnt get through college without it lol..
I just love running, soccer, having energy, and knowing I'll live longer because of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
The changes I see in the mirror, by watching others transform, but also looking at old pics and NEVER wanting to look like that again. :)
BB Accomplishments:
I barely even lift currently, but going from 274 (May 2005), to 176 where I am now, over the course of 2 years is an accomplishment.. although, I'm no where close to finished!
