Swap Meal 5 and Meal 6 during workout days to allow slow carb to kick off pre-workout and protein-carbs to kick off post workout.
Meal 1 (Peanut-Cheese Fiesta) Time: 5 AM
Peanut Butter + Banana + Butter + Cheese killer fiesta.
Lots and lots of Corn + Oats in a swamp of milk. Feel the adrenaline rush up the nerves.
Meal 2 (Sprouted Blast) Time: 8 AM
Quinoa + Beans + Lemon + Olive Oil + Onion Raw-Veg-Sprouted Fiesta
Meal 3 (Soymilk Django) Time: 10 AM
200 ml of Pure Chocolate Soymilk just to give some instantaneous Django down the throat.
Meal 4 (Mess-Merize) Time: 12:30 - 1:30 PM
5 chappatti > Rice, Daal, Salad.
Meal 5 (Protein Blast) Time: 4:00 PM
Take a protein shot up the veins.
Meal 6 (Corn Oat Explosion) Time: 6:00 PM

Meal 9 (Protein Blast) Time 11:00 PM
