This picture is prior to me even starting a workout or diet plan. I was very unhealthy at 273lbs and 50% bodyfat.

4 months later @ 229 lbs and 24% bodyfat. Workout and diet plan going very well but still too much bodyfat. Goal is 15% or lower.

Down to 191 LBS. At 17% body fat with a goal of 12- 15% which puts me right in line for a 180-185 Lbs ending weight .

Down to 188 Lbs and 15% bodyfat. Going for 10% now. I am on a roll now and want to take advantage. Also entered in the Muscle Tech Transformation Challenge so lean is the name of the game.

"6 weeks now to go for the Tournament of Champions contest in Ca. It will be my first go at a bodybuilding competition. Figured it would be quite an experience. Need to be 3% or lower not to be that guy".
