This picture is prior to me even starting a workout or diet plan. I was very unhealthy at 273lbs and 50% bodyfat.
One day before the contest and completely depleted. Need to carb load all day to reach a level of fullness.

I just reached my body fat and competition prep goals. Now it's time to put on lean muscle. My goal is to increase body weight to 200lbs or more while retaining visible abs.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Squats! If you have buckled under 315 before you would agree. I hit the floor on my second rep of 315, thank god for the safety bars I had set.
