New Dates for the IFBB/NPC Steel World informational meetings. Jan 16 at Omni Pensacola and Jan 23 in Chattanooga at the Rush 251-634-8885 $250 for bodybuilding fitness figure and biniki. By Judges, Promoters, IFBB pros, National Champs, in all areas with over 30 years expereince 251-634-8885
Where are these meetings held at? I am planning on competing in NPC in April 2010 in figure and I am trying to win a national qualifier and then go for my pro card. I think it would be helpful to attend or listen to one of these meetings. Thanks!
It is so intense. I am having to hold myself back from overtraining I think. According to my nutritionist/tainer, that may have been my problem before (remaining catabolic) I was doing a 5K/day cardio circuit along with weight training. He now has me on 2x/week 30 min cardio. I have already posted my diet on my profile. I will post my routine today. Maybe you can let me know what you think? I know I have a long way to go. Maybe I should look into some of your workshops. Thanks for your time!
