Simple enough: Accountability. It's easy to give up on something no one knows about.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Learn to enjoy what you do. Make it a part of how you do things (though not necessarily the center of everything).
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I'd have to go back a ways to a Frank Zane. I have no desire whatsoever to have 22" arms and a distended stomach, thanks.
