Working out on my moms weider system at home, ran out of weights and moved to the gym in town.
Why I Love It:
can't help but not to.
How I Stay Motivated:
The realization that there is no top shelf. That no matter how hard I worked out today tomorrows could be better, and that next week could mean more weight.

Goal (Long):
Getting leaner than I ever have. Also make my mark on the NPC stage this year as a natural and next year compete in a natural show to level the playing field....
Ok so I gave the DC training a go and found that it was not for me. I found I was sore beyond normal sorness and began to regret a workout the next day. Then found myself to sore to hit that bodypart the next time around. I like the sorness of a good workout but this didnt seem the good soreness...

I am doing more of a Max OT/ Dorian Yates style workout. I like to go heavy with lower reps. I try and spend no more than 45 to 60 min in the gym. Any more than that and I am just wasting time. I use all free...

How are the new supplements working out for ya? I guess I'm going to change the goal from getting under 200 to just leaning up.. Since I started this whole group of supplements I've been constantly eating realy clean but seem so be putting on about two or three pounds a week while losing the gut!! What you think about that superpump?
Sounds good!! I just started with Bulk tabs, Superpump 250, MHP Darkmatter, Glutamine, Optimum Protien, and waiting for my casein protien to come in!! It's gonna be a good spring!!
