Goal (Long):
strength is easy for me. i have never reached full potential. never hit a wall for over a week or two. i strength train and have to hit a rip cycle so i am pleased with my appearence. right now i can flat bench 250 leg press 750 curl 115. these are not close to my potential (coming off the injury) i do not care about numbers. not my strength or weight. i want to be happy with myself (lower bodyfat) at the same time i want to perform optimumly. so i guess i want it all!
