I think of the times I couldn't do things of a physical nature, and remind myself not to waste this opportunity.
BB Accomplishments:
Major changes in body composition; smaller clothing and lower body fat, while appearing much more muscular.

Goal (Long):
My longer term goal is to reach 225 pounds, continuing to reduce body fat ... if I do any clean bulking in the future, or gain any type of weight, I never want to go into my "fat" clothes ever again!
Trance has shown that she lives the lifestyle of personal training. I'd heard her speak of her 'before' pictures, but wow, what a transformation! She is enthusiasm personified.
To help offset an ankle sprain, I used SuperCissus.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to rest 60 seconds maximum, to keep the heartbeat elevated; but if I'm feeling totally winded or my heart is pounding too much, I don't get fanatical about it.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
At present, I'm using a pyramid of 12 and 8 reps. With my work schedule, I have time for around 60-75 min 3 mornings a week, and this helps me fit in exercises + cardio, plus push myself for some gains. At present, I'm using a pyramid of 12 and 8 reps.
